Pre-conceiving sessions

Prepare yourself to the blessing of welcoming a new soul in your family. Through specific sessions, I am going to follow you step by step into the process of opening your body, heart and spirit to receive this precious gift which is parenthood. In case of difficulties to conceive, we are going to work together - with a no-medical approach – to brings awareness and dissolve any possible block you carry.

Prenatal and postnatal Kundalini yoga

  • Prenatal Kundalini Yoga helps mothers prepare on a physical, emotional and spiritual level as well as for the great process of transformation and blessing of becoming a parent. Through connected asanas, pranayamas, meditations and mantra chants, we will work together to flourish in this new splendid adventure. During the course specific topics related to pregnancy will be shared, both post and postpartum. The level of practice is suitable for those who have never practiced yoga.
  • Postnatal Kundalini Yoga promotes recovery and realignment on the physical and emotional piano in a fun way and in an environment of exchange and sharing between new mothers. Your baby is welcome; in some positions he will be able to take part in the class. The level of practice is suitable for those who have never practiced yoga.

Children classes

Group yoga classes to teach children focus and proper breathing and to develop harmonious and conscious movement.

Kundalini Yoga for kids is a fun, joyful and powerful practice to support your children at different levels.

At emotional level - through yoga, breath and relaxation, they discover how they can work through feelings into a more positive space; at physical level - it offers the opportunity to your kids to move their body and energies, using stories and chants as support of the practice.

Kundalini yoga is a wonderful practice for kids, because already from tender age it sustains the development of the brain, activating meridians and balancing the hemispheres, in order to find more clarity and ability to learn in life with ease and grace.

Kundalini morning meditation practice, taking place during Amrit Vela from 4am to 7am.
