I am an Italian born Kundalini Yoga, Raja/Hatha Yoga Teacher, Radiant Child Yoga Teacher for Kids, Prenatal and Postnatal Kundalini Yoga Teacher and Doula for mothers and couples, Sound Healer, Gong Avatar Master and Gong Avatar Trainer ...  Organizer of spiritual journeys ... Goddess artist who creates through deep intuition and inspiration... Mom of two beautiful kids, Riccardo and Hari, my two biggest Guru ... in a never ending adventurous journey with my beloved zen husband Aldo.

My service is focused on helping people to reach their full potential in life, through the practice of Yoga, Sound and Vibration.

I’ve been practicing and studying yoga and esoteric disciplines for more than 18 years, and I’ve been teaching for over 10 years.

I see it as my dharma, or as my path in life, to help others realize their potential with an open heart and a creative mind. Kundalini Yoga has opened and elevated both my practice and my teaching.

The meeting with the Gong, divine instrument, has deeply changed my life and deepen my practice and open myself to a place of deep self-creativity. I have been studying and keep studying the Gong, the Sound current, the Law of Cosmo under the guidance of my beloved Master Trinity Devi at GAA of Miami. Today I am Trainer for the GAA here in France.

I recognize and honor different Spiritual Teachers who have changed my life: Paramahansa Yogananda, Mr Roy Eugene Davis (direct disciple of PY) from which I have been initiated to the practice of Kriya Yoga; Yogi Bhajan, Guru Ram Dass, Osho and my two beloved teachers Trinity Devi and Sotantar Suraj, from which I have received my last spiritual name, Sekhmet Mehra.

Sekhmet Mehra: the name carries the vibration of the Goddess of Fire, Power, Fertility, Healing, Mastery, Kindness, Beauty, of the Sun giving life Equally to all and of a Shining Star guidance in the night.

I currently live and offer my practices, online and ad personam, in Evian Les Bains, France.
